Manager Customer Support South Region 
(Italy, Spain, France)

Taking full responsibility for Field Service & Application Support by managing people & processes in Italy, Spain, Portugal & France. That’s exactly what this role is all about.
Continuous improvement with the customer in mind, safeguarding the Quality and Strategy of the local organisation.
In this role you are member of the Region South Management Team, liaising with the Director Customer Support (Central Office) and report directly to the Senior Director South Region.

 You are

  • responsible for defining and executing the local service strategy (in line with the European service strategy cooperating with the Manager Technical Support based at Central Office)
  • managing, coaching and inspiring ‘your’ Field Service engineers and Application Specialists
  • taking responsibility for the Service Opex and contributing to the Service Revenues
  • responsible for the Car stocks and manages the Spare Parts supply in alignment with the European Spare Part process and strategy
  • always up to date with and informed of new developments, improvements and regulations of Sakura Products & Processes, safeguarding the implementation of these in local practise
  • responsible for the planning and execution of the installations, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance by Field Service Engineers in cooperation with the local Customer Service Assistants
You have

  • solid experience (7+ years) leading an (international) service team
  • a background in the field of (medical) equipment i.e. business-to-business capital investments
  • business acumen, outstanding presentation, influential and persuasive skills
  • the ability to encourage and inspire people
  • a relevant university degree and the ambition to make an impact!


  • live in Italy, Spain or France, close to an international airport
  • feel at home in an international environment
  • can express yourself fluently in English and in one other European language, both verbal and in writing (Spanish / French / Italian)
  • reach out, team up & deliver!
