The position

Is, in a defined market territory (France), responsible for managing a defined portfolio of key accounts, maintaining a long term and strong relationship with them in order to maximize budgeted volumes, revenues and profits. Being unique responsible for the biggest accounts in the territory, with  focus to obtain budgeted volumes, revenue and profit through a customer driven and consultative selling approach. 

You are

  • achieving sales as defined in the territory local year plan, with a strong focus on the strategic products SMART Automation
  • acting as the key interface between the key account and all relevant divisions of the company.
  • focusing on growing and developing existing clients
  • generating new business and partnership on a long period
  • writing actions/ business plans for all key accounts: forecasting and tracking key account metrics
  • reporting of the monthly sales report through CRM
  • preparation and analyzing the monthly sales report
  • reporting through CRM
  • monitoring and reporting business trends in the market
  • working in close cooperation with the regional Marketing colleagues
  • working in close cooperation with regional Field Service Engineers and Application specialists


You have

  • a higher Education / University (relevant degree)
  • an extensive experience in dealing with Key accounts in the Medical devices arena
  • sales/commercial experience in Diagnostics (hematology /clinical chemistry), with preferred experience in histology, pathology, cytology, IHC and high capital investments
  • consultative Selling knowledge and experience
  • good knowledge of the local language and English and local language, written and verbal
  • an strong communication, presentation and written skills
  • IT Skills
  • experience with leasing / cost per test



  • live in France near an airport or with good commuting options
  • feel comfortable with a home office based job and high level of travelling
  • communicate in an open way and partner naturally with our clients
  • take and share reposibillity 
  • can express yourself fluently in English and French
  • reach out, team up and deliver!
