Implementation Consultant

The position

Our High-Tech instruments enable the laboratory to automate and standardise various processes in histopathology. SMART Automation requires proper implementation: efficient, innovative and effective. And above all, focussing on exceptional customer experience. A testimonial
 
Goal: Implement SMART Automation at (and in close collaboration with) Sakura’s customers in the United Kingdom. How? Coach, train and above all: inspire!
 
In this role, you’re teaming up with Area Sales Managers and Application Specialists, reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager | North Region

You are

  • leading SMART Automation implementation projects, realising optimal customer experience
  • the key expert, trainer and advisor regarding efficient implementation and change management
  • advising on workflow management and operational excellence
  • at your best performing in cross functional teams
  • willing and able to travel (mostly nationwide) for 50% of your time

 
You have

  • been working 5+ years in a laboratory (histopathology)
  • sound understanding of the histology process
  • experience in project- and change management
  • outstanding presentation, influential and persuasive skills
  • the ability to encourage and inspire people
  • a relevant university degree and the ambition to make an impact!

 
You

  • live in the United Kingdom, close to an international airport
  • feel at home in an international environment
  • easily communicate at strategic, tactical and operational level
  • can express yourself fluently in English, both verbal and written
  • reach out, team up and deliver!
