Distributor Sales Coordinator | The Netherlands 


The position

In this position you manage all customer related administrative processes for the Corporate Accounts and Distributor Sales group. You work in a B2B environment and provide organisational and administrative sales, supply chain and service support to your colleagues in the group. You provide to our Distributor partners support in tender processes/turn-key projects and you keep track of those projects.
 

You are

  • Responsible for the administrative process of the total workflow “order to cash”.
  • Responsible for up to date back office procedures and for collect and process relevant information.
  • Liaise with Regional Sales Managers on orders, shipping, AR positions & all other distributor related sales .
  • Ensure mutual backup within the Distributor partner CSA team (where applicable).
  • Responsible for the realization of the personal- and group goals, formulated at the beginning of the fiscal year
  • Organize (inter)national meetings, workshops and exhibitions.
  • Perform (some) marketing activities and tasks in conjunction with other team members.
  • Optimizing YoY and preparations & execution of the annual Distributor Assessment process in alignment with Manager Distributor Sales.
  • Responsible for proactive keeping all Distributor databases up to date.
  • Responsible for providing support to Regional Sales Managers & Distributors through distribution and collection of sales reporting & sales leads.
  • Participation within diverse project teams and first point of contact for the various disciplines within the organization. 
  • First point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales managers are unavailable.
 

You have

  • MBO+ (Direction Marketing, Sales) or equal country wise. Full pan-regional responsibility
  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ relevant experience in an international environment.
  • IT-skills, Microsoft Office / database applications.
  • Ability to plan and keep track on multiple tasks.
  • Affinity with the organization of meetings.
  • A can do attitude and a positive mentality.


You

  • Live in The Netherlands and feel at home in an international environment
  • Can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch, both verbal and written. Other foreign languages. are an advantage, particularly French and Arabic.
  • Communicate in an open way
  • Are deadline-oriented
  • Enjoy building strong working relationships with your colleagues and stakeholders
