The position

As a customer service assistant ( 60%) you are the backbone of our sales, service and marketing organisation!
You manage all customer related administrative processes in the area of sales, supply chain and service support for the Scandinavian region.

You are responsible for
  • the administrative process of the total local workflow, from order entry to invoice
  • organisational and administrative support to the local colleagues
  • maintain and act according to the back office procedures, ensuring excellent quality

You have

  • a true customer focus
  • an education on MBO-level (direction sales or marketing)
  • a can-do mentality


  • live in the area of Copenhagen and feel at home in an international environment
  • communicate in an open and good way
  • can express yourself fluently in Danish and English, both verbal and written
