Area Sales Manager | Poland

 

The position

In this role you are the one, representing Sakura Finetek in Poland. This means selling histopathology products and consumables. Focus to obtain the budgeted volumes, revenue and profit through a customer driven and consultative selling approach. 
 
Our vision: We want to be the first company to fully automate anatomic pathology!
 
Join an international team consisting of Field Service Engineers, Customer Support, Product Management and Application Support and 'top class' Area Sales Managers covering Germany Austria & Poland.

You will report directly to the Manager Sales. (Central Region)
 

You are

  • responsible for selling Sakura's products & solutions to hospitals / labs in Poland
  • experienced in selling medical devices / high capital investments
  • building and maintaining client relations
  • used to managing complex DMU's
  • customer focused, efficient and easy to speak to
 

You have

  • a proven sales track record in Medical Devices, preferably Histology / Pathology / IHC
  • your continued focus to obtain budgeted volumes, revenue and profit
  • Higher education (Bachelor or master’s degree of Business Administration)
  • a sound understanding of consultative selling
 

You

  • live in Poland and feel at home in an international environment
  • communicate in an open way and partner naturally with our clients
  • take and share responsibility 
  • can express yourself fluently in Polish & English
  • reach out, team up and deliver!
